San Antonio, TX (Bexar Co.) –

Scope of work consists of renovations to the Chance Academic Center on the SAC Campus, approximately 124,066 sq ft.

Bid package #1 includes but may not be limited to:

• Replacement of flooring, act ceilings, paint, new accessible casework in labs and repair of damaged interior finishes
• Comprehensive HVAC renovation including the replacement of main branches CHW/HW piping. AHU’s (roof deck reinforcement), exhaust fans, vav air terminal boxes, ductless mini-splits, and DDC controls.
• Replacement of fire alarms, one-to-one replacement of electrical water coolers, custodial/utility sinks, and electric water heater units of the same capacity.
• Update restrooms to be ADA compliant.
• Existing parking lot to be resurfaced to remove parking lines, remove parking signage, knockdown bollards provided and striping for fire lane maintained.
• New structural slabs at basement level mechanical rooms and new hinge slabs at entrances to fix heaving the building is experiencing.
• Mechanical ventilation of crawlspace and replacement of failed soil retainers.
• Addition of mud slab under only the basement level and replacement of sump pumps.
• Regrading of northwest corner and addition of an area drain to alleviate flooding issues.
• Regrading of sidewalks around building to be ADA compliant.
• Replacement of the roof (alternate) and all building sealants (alternate).
