Corpus Christi, TX (Nueces Co.) – Scope of work involves a base bid including general construction for the repurposing of existing two story Memorial Classroom Building into administrative offices. Add Alternate No. 1 – General construction of renovation of existing outdoor space into new Memorial Plaza.
Add Alternate No. 2 – General construction of renovation of existing two story E.L. Harvin Student Center.
Trades involved are selective demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, conveying equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities.
