San Angelo, TX (Tom Green Co.) –

Work includes a renovation of the existing Carr Hall, approximately 19,553 sf, located on the University Mall. The project consists of room renovations on both stories of the building, new MEP systems, construction of ADA accessible ramps and an elevator to create accessible routes throughout the building. Design intent of the elevator is to be appended onto the exterior of the building with masonry veneer to complement the existing brick façade.
