Dallas, TX (Dallas Co.) –

Scope of work consists of additions and renovations to the existing Elementary School, approximately 65,467 sq ft. Work includes, but is not limited to the following –

• Provide security updates including camera, card access reader and door contacts.
• Provide secure front vestibule.
• Replace exterior waterproofing sealant joints.
• Replace fire alarm system.
• Provide exterior lighting controls.
• Replace exterior lights w/ LED lighting.
• Extend fire lane access drive.
• Renovate and expand existing cafeteria.
• Renovate and expand kitchen.
• Mechanical/HVAC improvements including new rooftop units, replacing pumps, steam boiler, condensate pump and piping, and providing controls.
• Plumbing improvements include washer/dryer connections, new waste piping and hot water heater.
