Dallas, TX (Dallas Co.) –

Scope of work consists of renovations to the Middle School, approximately 137,957 sq ft. Work includes, but is not limited to the following –

• Redesigned first floor Administration Suite and Nurse’s Clinic with new secured entry vestibule.
• Redesigned 2nd and 3rd floor Administration offices.
• New storefront window systems, window units and curtain wall.
• New roofing.
• New elevator cab and control system.
• Two new ADA single user restrooms.
• New flooring and paint finishes and room signage for the building interior.
• Cleaning of exterior facade and repainting off painted building elements.
• New digital marquee sign.
• New Interior and Exterior LED lighting fixtures and controls.
• Repaired concrete site paving.
• New mechanical systems/components for redesigned portions of interior.
• New electrical switchgear and panels.
• New sanitary sewer line main from building to public tie-in.
• New plumbing fixtures for the redesigned portions of the interior and new dilution tank, waste piping and hose replacement.
• New access control and cameras for redesigned interior spaces.

Trades involved are existing conditions; concrete; masonry; metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; specialties; equipment; furnishings; conveying equipment; fire suppression; plumbing; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC); electrical; communications; electronic safety and security; earthwork; site improvements.
