Work to include, but is not limited to: site work; concrete; masonry; metals; wood, plastics and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; specialties; laboratory equipment; window blinds; fire suppression; plumbing; HVAC; mechanical; electrical; communications; fire alarm system extension; earthwork; exterior improvements; utilities; The “Work” of this Contract is titled Addition to John and Polly Townley Elementary School and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to: an approximately 13,800 SF addition to existing elementary school, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work.
