Welcome West Texas AGC Members! As a member of the West Texas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, your company has the opportunity to access project information, plans, specs and addenda for projects bidding throughout the state. The first step is for an authorized representative of your company to fill out the form listed below and sign the VBX User Agreement and fax or email all pages to (210) 564-6901 or rachelr@virtualbx.com. Please be sure to list all of your companies key personnel that will require access to the Virtual Plansroom. Be sure to fill out the name, title, preferred password and email of these key personnel and a representative of the Virtual Builders Exchange will contact you with "User ID's" and assist you in accessing project information on thousands of bidding opportunities. VBX offers technical support for those companies who may need a little extra help accessing our Virtual Plansroom. If you are having problems access our site please do not hesitate to contact us at (210) 564-6900 and ask for Tech Support, our staff will be happy to assist you. The second step after filling out the User Agreement is to login and look at projects. "Click" on Login and access the Virtual Plansroom. PLEASE NOTE - By signing and submitting the 'Affiliate Member Agreement', or "AMA", the West Texas AGC member is not accepting a billable planroom service. The purpose of the 'AMA' is to administer the 'Rules of the Site' and provide guidelines on the usage of the content. In the instance that an AGC West Texas member decides to subscribe to a service provided by the VBX, VBX will provide that member with a "Service Application". In addition, the last page of the 'AMA' asks for credit references. This is included with the assumption that the 'user' may need to order paper or project specific information of some type from VBX at some point in the future. By completing the credit reference portion you are asking that VBX open a line of credit with your organization in the instance of a purchase. If you do not foresee the need to purchase a non-subscription service from VBX or if you would rather utilize a company credit card for the purchase you can ignore the credit reference portion of the 'AMA'.
